- In June 2007, Rosevelt hosted the first annual R59 Shootout, a 5-on-5 charity basketball tournament at his high school alma mater, Broad Ripple High in Indianapolis. Proceeds from the tournament will go towards providing scholarships for two 2008 graduating seniors.
- During the 2006 season, Rosevelt teamed up with CVS to create "Rosey’s Sack Pack", a back-to-school backpack that was sold at CVS stores throughout New England. The efforts benefited Easter Seals, which received $5.00 for each bag sold.
